• Candidate should have experience in HR Practices and Employee engagement and management also in creating social medial presence for company
• Strong analytic and presentation and communication skill

• Working closely with respective BU managers and worked with them as real business partners to define the strategy, planning and execution in various gamut of HR dimensions
• Solid experience and result oriented approach demonstration on employee engagement, competency development, succession planning
• Defining retention strategy
• Assisting in recruitments
